Texas’ Own Recognized with the 2016 C. Carney Smith Award!

We congratulate and are honored to announce that NAIFA Austin’s Executive Kim Kieschnick has just been awarded NAIFA’s 2016 C. Carney Smith Award!

Ms. Kieschnick joins the ranks of NAIFA Texas’ former CEO, then TALU, Kenneth Tooley in 1976, Trudi Scarborough, formerly Austin ALU in 1987 and Ms. Karen H. True of NAIFA Dallas in 2002.

NAIFA National will make the official announcement via press release prior to the 2016 C. Carney Smith Award Reception, held during NAIFA’s Performance + Purpose 2016 Annual Conference in Las Vegas, NV.

The C. Carney Smith Award is the highest honor bestowed upon an association executive in the NAIFA federation. The award, named after former NAIFA Executive Vice President and CEO, C. Carney Smith, honors one executive yearly who has contributed to the growth and enrichment of his/her association.
